The two steps that follow the warehousing process are inspection and setup when necessary. Initially, all products are opened and unpacked, allowing trained professionals the opportunity to diligently inspect the furniture on the day preceding delivery. We realize that the inspection process is the most important function of our delivery program. If for any reason a minor “touch-up” is required to the product, this service is provided at no additional charge.
In the unlikely event of any damage to the furniture, all pertinent parties are notified immediately and picture documentation is presented via email. Upon authorization from your company’s representative(s), the product is transferred to our “shop” area where skilled craftsmen repair and restore the furniture back to its original condition. The product is then delivered to the customer by a team of two professionals the next day. The furniture is completely installed and setup upon delivery. The delivery team will not leave the premises without confirming total customer satisfaction.
