The primary aim of Corporate Transport Express is not to simply deliver the customer their furniture, but to provide an outstanding experience from the onset of the purchase until the delivery team leaves the customer’s premises. The key to achieving this goal finds its origin in an exceptional staff willing to endeavor further ahead than even the “extra mile”. While many business enterprises embrace a mentality of “good enough”, the employees at Corporate Transport Express strive with diligence to successfully fulfill the needs of the customer in both a thorough and timely manner. There exist three distinct divisions to the operation – the office, warehouse, and delivery teams – and the common denominator amongst the groups is that the individuals all exude an attitude of being courteous, accommodating, and meticulous.

As the leader in “white-glove” service of home furniture delivery, Corporate Transport Express finds its vital niche as liaison between retailer and customer. The company’s initial undertaking after the customer has completed a transaction with the retailer involves reception of the product into the warehouse, followed by immediate entry into a computerized inventory system. This process grants the retailer/designer complete access and control of merchandise at all times. A fax and/or e-mail confirmation is sent notifying the retailer/designer that the product has been received into the warehouse and stored with prudence until being authorized by the retailer/designer to perform delivery.

Upon contacting Corporate Transport Express to schedule delivery, the first line of interface which customers encounter is the knowledgeable and experienced members of the scheduling team. The staff works with the individual to pin-point a date that best suits the customer for delivery, and then verifies pertinent information such as the delivery address, phone number, cross-street, and final balance due on the order. On the day preceding delivery, the warehouse team transports the product from storage to the dock area, removes all unnecessary packaging, performs a comprehensive inspection, “deluxes” the product, shrink-wraps and then blanket-wraps the product to ensure protection. While this process takes its course in the warehouse, delivery windows are established by Corporate Transport Express’ dispatcher and relayed to customer service representatives, who then contact the customer and give them a time delivery window. The following day, uniformed delivery teams of two men punctually deliver the furniture to the customers during their allotted time window, performing a complete assembly and installation of furniture according to the desires of the customer and verifying approval of the customer before departure. If proof of liability insurance is necessary, Corporate Transport Express will readily provide this documentation.
